Please keep in mind that all orders on shop.killabears.com are FINAL SALE. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to limited stock. If you have any issues with your order, don’t hesitate to contact cs@killabears.com.

When Will My Order Ship?

For instock products, orders are processed within 3 business days. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent.

U.S. Standard (5 Business Day)
International Standard (2-4 Weeks)

Shipping Costs

All domestic (U.S.) orders and  international orders out of the U.S. will be charged based on current postage rates calculated at checkout.
